Introduction 

SLK Intelligent Flow Valve adopts the measuring principle of strain target-type flow meter in combination with the advanced technology of sensor and microcomputer. The flow valve has LCD screen with lights to illuminate the interface, which makes it visible for user to operate. In addition, it is equipped with a micro-relay to output the signal of control valve. It is able to drive directly the load (like electromagnetic valves, pneumatic valves, quadratic control electric appliances, etc.) with rated power less than 5A. It can accurately help users instantly to control the higher and lower limits of the flow, i.e. To realize field automatic control.

1. Display mode: LCD with lights: the instant flow and its related parameters.

2. Control mode: the control values of higher and lower limits can be set to any values within the measuring range of the instrument.

4. Working stress: less than 2.5 Mpa (25bar); A special order is needed for those of over 2.5 Mpa (25bar).

6. Measuring range: 1:10; A special order is needed for those of over ten times of the measuring range.

7. Output signal: control value ( Two separate channels: one for the open circuit, the order for closed circuit)

8. Output load power: less than 5A; A special order is needed for those of over 5A

9. Control precision class: class less than 2%FS; A special order is needed for precision over 2%

11. The applicable flow range of working conditions: please see the nameplate on the cover for detail.

The computing units of the flow of the instruments: m3 (cubic meter) and (liter) for volume unit; t(ton) and kg (kilogram) for weight unit. Instruments will be marked with units according to the requirement of customers' orders before leaving the factory. Any changes of the marking of units will subject to new calibration by measurement before use.
